Dr. Lorraine Docherty is a scientist, animal advocate, and nonprofit leader dedicated to wildlife conservation and rehabilitation. As the Executive Director of City Wildlife DC, she brings extensive experience in nonprofit management, donor engagement, and strategic fundraising to support the organization’s mission of rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife in Washington, DC. A passionate advocate for One Health and conservation, Lorraine is dedicated to expanding rehabilitation efforts, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring a thriving future for the region’s urban wildlife.
